First, go to start->all programs->accessories->command prompt. Next type edit example. bat (note: you don't need to name it example you can name it anything you like.) You will be presented with a blue screen. Now, Drag your files and folders you want to open at the same time into the blue screen. Once your done, on the keyboard click Alt->f->s . Now exit command prompt and click start->run . Type example (or what ever you named it) and click run. It will open all the programs that you dragged into the blue screen!

Batch Files
Want to open more than one program at the same time with just one name? Create a batch file!
