How to make banners

First, Go to microsoft paint. Make your picture and save it. Then, go to photobucket.com and signup for an account if you havn't already done so. Upload your picture to photo bucket. Also upload the picture to your blogger post. Now, to let other people use them, copy the HTML code for your picture from photo bucket. Now, type *tag*textarea(tag)paste your html code here*tag*/textarea(tag) .
(replace paste your html code here with your html code from photo bucket)
Now publish it.
Now anyone can use that ad.
